This Policy should be read together with our Terms and Conditions of Use and Purchase, our Refunds, Returns and Cancellations Policy, and our Cookie Policy, where applicable.
By using PooStore, creating an account, making a purchase, contacting our support team, or using any of our services, the user acknowledges having been provided access to this Privacy Policy.
1. CONTROLLER OF THE INFORMATION
PooStore services are operated by:
- Poostorelatam LLC
A Limited Liability Company organized in the State of Wyoming, United States Address: 30 N Gould St, Ste N Sheridan, WY 82801 United States Phone: +1 (307) 218-8655 Email: contact@poostorelatam.com Website: www.poostorelatam.com In this Policy, the expressions “PooStore,” “Poostorelatam LLC,” “we,” “us,” “our,” or “the Company” refer to Poostorelatam LLC.
2. INFORMATION WE MAY COLLECT
Depending on how the user interacts with our services, PooStore may collect different categories of information.
Not every user will necessarily provide every type of information described in this Policy.
3. REGISTRATION AND ACCOUNT INFORMATION
When a user creates an account directly through PooStore, we may collect information such as:
- name or username;
- email address;
- password protected through hashing;
- account-related information;
- order history;
- preferences related to use of the platform;
- and other information necessary to manage the account.
- PooStore does not store users’ passwords in plain text.
Passwords created directly through our platform are stored using irreversible cryptographic hashing mechanisms, designed to prevent the original password from being directly viewed by PooStore.
4. REGISTRATION AND SIGN-IN WITH GOOGLE
PooStore allows certain users to create an account or sign in using their Google account.
When the user selects “Continue with Google,” Google may provide us with certain basic information associated with the account authorized by the user.
This may include:
- name;
- email address;
- Google account identifier;
- profile picture or basic profile information, where available.
- PooStore uses this information primarily to:
- identify the user;
- create or link an account;
- enable sign-in;
- and manage authentication.
- PooStore does not receive or store the user’s Google account password.
- Authentication is handled through Google’s systems.
Users who sign in with Google may also be subject to Google’s own privacy policies and terms.
5. ORDER-RELATED INFORMATION
When a user makes a purchase, we may collect and store information related to the transaction.
This may include:
- order number or identifier;
- product purchased;
- quantity;
- price;
- currency;
- date and time;
- order status;
- selected payment method;
- information necessary to process the top-up;
- and records related to delivery.
This information allows us to process orders, provide support, maintain administrative records, and resolve potential issues.
6. VIDEO GAME AND DESTINATION ACCOUNT INFORMATION
Certain products require specific information in order to process a digital top-up.
Depending on the video game or product, we may request:
- ID;
- UID;
- nickname or player name;
- server;
- region;
- platform;
- country;
- associated email address;
- or another identifier necessary to complete the transaction.
- This information is used primarily to:
- verify that the account exists when technically possible;
- identify the destination of the top-up;
- deliver the purchased product;
- investigate claims;
- and resolve issues related to the transaction.
PooStore recommends that users provide only the information necessary to complete the requested service.
7. PAYMENT-RELATED INFORMATION
Currently, certain payment methods used by PooStore are handled through manual verification.
The customer makes the payment externally using the corresponding bank, wallet, or financial platform and then provides PooStore with the information necessary to verify it.
We may collect:
- payment method;
- amount;
- currency;
- payment reference;
- transaction number or identifier, where applicable;
- payment receipt or screenshot;
- payment date;
- and other information reasonably necessary to verify the transaction.
Currently, PooStore does not directly process full banking information or credentials from services such as Binance, Zinli, Yape, Plin, or Pago Móvil through an integrated payment gateway on its website.
The user completes such transactions directly through the corresponding financial service.
8. PAYMENT RECEIPTS
For certain payment methods, the user may upload a photograph, screenshot, or image of the payment receipt.
Such image may contain visible personal information, including:
- name;
- financial institution;
- reference number;
- amount;
- date;
- partial account number;
- wallet username;
- transaction identifiers;
- or other information included by the financial institution itself.
PooStore will use this information primarily to verify the existence and legitimacy of the payment.
We recommend that users avoid including information that is not necessary to verify the transaction, particularly sensitive financial information that has not been requested by PooStore.
9. COMMUNICATIONS AND SUPPORT INFORMATION
When a user communicates with PooStore, we may retain information related to that communication.
This may include:
- name;
- email address;
- phone number, when provided;
- social media or messaging identifiers;
- order number;
- message content;

- We may use this information to:
- provide support;
- investigate transactions;
- respond to inquiries;
- resolve claims;
- prevent fraud;
- and improve our customer service procedures.
10. CALLBELL AND MESSAGING SERVICES
PooStore uses Callbell as a tool to manage certain communications and customer support services.
When a user communicates through channels connected to Callbell, certain conversation information may be processed through Callbell’s infrastructure.
This may include:
- name;
- phone number or channel identifier;
- message content;
- images;
- files;
- order-related information;
- and any other content the user chooses to provide during the conversation.
Callbell acts as a technology provider used to facilitate and organize communications with our customers.
External channels used to communicate with PooStore, such as WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook Messenger, or other services, may also be subject to the privacy policies of their respective operators.
11. TECHNICAL INFORMATION AND SERVER LOGS
The PooStore application does not intentionally associate the user’s IP address with the user’s customer profile or order as part of our ordinary business records.
However, our technology infrastructure providers may automatically process certain technical data as part of the normal and secure operation of their systems.
Such data may include:
- IP address;
- date and time of access;
- browser;
- operating system;
- device type;
- requested pages;
- server errors;
- and other similar technical logs.
- These records may be used to:
- maintain security;
- detect errors;
- prevent attacks;
- diagnose technical issues;
- and ensure the proper operation of the infrastructure.
12. HOSTINGER
PooStore uses Hostinger services for part of its technology infrastructure.
Hostinger currently provides services related to:
- web hosting;
- servers;
- MySQL database;
- technical storage;
- SMTP email;
- and other services necessary to operate the website.
For this reason, certain information stored or transmitted through PooStore may be processed through Hostinger’s infrastructure.
Hostinger may also generate technical logs related to the operation and security of its servers.
13. TRANSACTIONAL EMAILS
PooStore uses email infrastructure provided through Hostinger to send certain messages related to our services.
Among others, we may send emails related to:
- password recovery;
- order status;
- unverified payments;
- delivered orders;
- issues with a transaction;
- security;
- support;
- and other communications necessary to provide the service.
- Currently, these emails may be sent from corporate addresses such as:
- compras@poostorelatam.com
These communications are primarily considered operational or transactional communications related to the use of our services.
14. FIREBASE
PooStore uses Firebase, a service provided by Google, as part of certain internal processes.
Firebase is currently used to maintain an operational copy of certain order information, used in our internal administration and accounting panel.
The stored information may include:
- email address;
- product;
- payment-related information;
- status or other operational information related to the order.
We do not use Firebase for the purpose of independently creating advertising profiles of users.
Google may technically process this information as the infrastructure provider for Firebase.
15. META PIXEL
PooStore uses Meta Pixel to measure the performance of our advertising campaigns on Meta platforms, primarily Facebook and Instagram.
We currently use the Meta Pixel internally identified as:
- Meta Pixel ID: 2257072998400041
Through this technology, events related to use of the website may be recorded, including:
- PageView: visit to a page;
- ViewContent: viewing certain products or content;
- InitiateCheckout: beginning the checkout process;
- Purchase: completion of a purchase.
For certain purchase events, information relating to the value of the transaction expressed in U.S. dollars (USD) may be transmitted to Meta.
Meta may also receive certain technical information associated with the browser, device, and use of the website.
16. PURPOSE OF META PIXEL
We use Meta Pixel primarily to:
- measure conversions;
- determine whether an advertising campaign generates purchases;
- analyze ad performance;
- optimize campaigns;
- create advertising audiences where Meta’s tools allow;
- and display potentially more relevant advertising.
The use of Meta Pixel may involve tracking and advertising technologies, which are explained in greater detail in our Cookie Policy.
Where applicable law requires prior consent for the use of certain advertising technologies, PooStore will endeavor to implement the appropriate mechanisms.
17. WE DO NOT USE GOOGLE ANALYTICS
Currently, PooStore does not use Google Analytics or Google Analytics 4 (GA4) to analyze website traffic.
If we implement these tools in the future, this Policy and, where appropriate, our Cookie Policy may be updated.
18. WE DO NOT USE TIKTOK PIXEL
Currently, PooStore does not use TikTok Pixel or other TikTok advertising tracking technologies on the website.
The existence of official PooStore profiles on TikTok or other social networks does not necessarily mean that those platforms have a pixel or advertising integration installed on our website.
If this changes in the future, this Policy may be updated.
19. TOP-UP PROVIDERS AND APIs
PooStore may use external providers, distributors, and APIs to:
- verify IDs or accounts;
- obtain player nickname information;
- validate compatibility;
- verify certain products;
- and deliver digital top-ups.
Depending on the requested service, we may transmit to these providers only the information necessary to manage the transaction.
This may include:
- ID;
- UID;
- nickname;
- server;
- region;
- product;
- quantity;
- or other necessary technical information.
For example, PooStore may use top-up providers or APIs such as RazerGolds or other equivalent services.
These providers may change over time depending on:
- availability;
- video game;
- region;
- commercial conditions;
- service quality;
- or technical infrastructure.
For commercial and security reasons, PooStore may not necessarily publish a complete list of all of its distribution providers unless required by law to do so.

These providers may include services such as:
- card processors;
- bank transfers;
- local payments;
- alternative payment systems;
- wallets;
- acquiring institutions;
- and financial service providers.
When we integrate services that involve relevant processing of personal information, we may update this Policy to describe the corresponding processing activities.
The mere mention or internal evaluation of a potential provider does not mean that such provider currently has access to PooStore user data.
25. EXTERNAL FINANCIAL SERVICES USED BY THE CUSTOMER
Currently, certain payments are made directly by the user outside PooStore’s infrastructure.
This may include services such as:
- banks;
- Pago Móvil;
- Binance;
- Zinli;
- Yape;
- Plin;
- or other available financial services.
When the user directly accesses one of these services, the information provided to that third party is subject to its own privacy policy.
PooStore does not control the processing of information performed directly by such entities within their own applications or platforms.
PooStore subsequently receives only the information that the user provides in order to verify the payment.
26. ADVERTISING AND THIRD PARTIES
When we use third-party advertising services, such as Meta Pixel, those providers may process information in accordance with their own policies.
PooStore does not independently control all subsequent processing that such providers may perform within their own platforms.
Users may manage certain advertising preferences directly through the tools made available by those platforms.
27. INTERNATIONAL TRANSFERS OF INFORMATION
PooStore provides services to users located in different countries and uses international technology providers.
For this reason, information may be processed, stored, or transmitted outside the user’s country of residence.
This may include processing in:
- the United States;
- international infrastructure operated by our providers;
- or other countries where such providers maintain servers or facilities.
Where required by applicable law, PooStore will endeavor to use appropriate mechanisms to protect international transfers of information.

However, deletion of an account does not necessarily mean the immediate deletion of all records related to previous transactions.
We may retain certain information where reasonably necessary for:
- accounting obligations;
- transaction records;
- fraud prevention;
- chargebacks;
- disputes;
- legal obligations;
- defense of claims;

- email address;
- devices;
- passwords;
- video game accounts;
- and any authentication codes.
31. PASSWORDS
Passwords for accounts created directly through PooStore are stored using an irreversible cryptographic hashing mechanism.
This means that PooStore does not store a readable copy of the original password.
When a user signs in using Google, PooStore does not receive the user’s Google password.
If the user forgets their internal password, they must use the available password recovery procedure rather than requesting that PooStore provide the original password.

- banking passwords;
- wallet keys;
- seed phrases;

PooStore services are primarily related to video games and may be of interest to minors.
However, purchases must be made by persons who have sufficient legal capacity under applicable law or under the authorization and supervision of a parent, guardian, or legal representative.
PooStore does not intend to knowingly collect personal information from minors where doing so is prohibited by applicable law.
If a parent, guardian, or legal representative believes that a minor has improperly provided information, they may contact:
- contact@poostorelatam.com
- PooStore will review the request and take appropriate action.
39. USERS’ PRIVACY RIGHTS
Depending on the country or jurisdiction in which the user is located, they may have certain rights relating to their personal information.

Where such rights apply to PooStore and the user, the user may exercise the corresponding options through:
- consent tools available on the website;
- settings provided by platforms such as Meta;
- available opt-out mechanisms;
- or direct communication with PooStore where appropriate.
PooStore does not sell customer databases to third parties in exchange for money.
The use of Meta Pixel and advertising technologies may be subject to specific definitions of “sharing,” “targeted advertising,” or equivalent concepts depending on the user’s jurisdiction.
44. PRIVACY REQUESTS
Privacy-related requests may be sent to:
- contact@poostorelatam.com
To protect information, PooStore may request information reasonably necessary to verify:
- identity;
- account;

- or relationship with the requested information.
We will not request more information than is reasonably necessary to verify the request.
45. AUTHORIZED REPRESENTATIVES
Where applicable law allows a person to exercise rights through an authorized representative, PooStore may request reasonable evidence of such authorization.
We may also verify directly with the data subject that the representative is authorized to act on their behalf, where permitted.
46. NON-DISCRIMINATION
Where required by applicable law, PooStore will not unfairly discriminate against a user for legitimately exercising their privacy rights.
This does not prevent certain services from requiring information necessary for them to be provided.
For example, PooStore cannot complete an ID-based top-up if the user requests deletion of, or refuses to provide, the necessary ID before the transaction is processed.

PooStore may disclose information where reasonably necessary to:

- respond to a valid court order;
- respond to a legally enforceable request from an authority;
